Archiving

One of most interesting and important characteristics of the IMPAK.Net™ software rests on the fact that no information can be deleted in the system. More specifically, the software does not make it possible for any user to destroy any one of the system master files (i.e.: customer, vehicle, or any other critical files).
 
Finally, all IMPAK.Net™ data is subject to systematic archiving, while remaining accessible, on screen at anytime, by the managing staff of the franchise. This information is:

• Accounting journals
• Parts and service invoices
• Work order
• Sales files
• Service History
• Month end reports are automatically archived, without needs for printing
