In an ideal world, it is most certainly preferable to be involved in the set-up, installation and framework of a complete system for the launch of a new dealership.
However, reality is quite different. More often than ever, we are solicited to replace an existing system, one which did not meet the needs of a dealer, regardless of the type of dealership.
From the first meeting and discussion up to the software demo, the future customer is rapidly in position to greatly appreciate the richness of the functionalities and capabilities of our solution, and we withdraw a great satisfaction from it.
Moreover, when we are involved in a project of software replacement, we have the ability to evaluate and perform data conversion, from the old system to the new IMPAK.Net™ solution. With this, customer will still have access to a vast quantity of relevant information, specific to customers, vehicles, suppliers and others (when possible), which have been stored for several years in the software to replace.
Over the last few years, Lautopak carried out, successfully, multiple software conversions which were greatly appreciated by these new customers.
